WE are very pleased to announce BridgeMaster medical has CE marked and released an incredible new product! The FBS kit has been designed to ensure you have everything at your fingertips when taking Fetal Blood Samples
The Fetal Scalp Blood Sampling kit one of the world’s first sample kit that doesn’t require the use of petroleum jelly, thus reducing the risk of contaminated samples as well as reducing the potential of clogging up the machinery
Our single-handed wand is unique due to it also being designed to help monitor the Fetal head decent with clear markings. The wand itself has a sliding button to make extending and retracting the blade as smooth as possible
The FBS kit comes in a Fully disposable tray containing 1 BMM FBS wand, 5 heparinised capillary tubes, 10 capillary end caps, 6 cotton swabs, a universal adapter for blood gas analyser, the adapter will fit the majority of commonly available blood gas analysers, there is a resting place the ELA, our self-illuminating Amnioscope which can be purchased with the FBS kit or Separately.
The items are all clearly laid out the tray also contains 1 sterile surgical drape for easy dispensing.

Welcome to our March edition of the BridgeMaster medical newsletter.
This is the first newsletter of the year and we have plenty of new things going
on.
ELA and ProctoLight
light source improvements
In response to comments on the original Genie Mk1 we have
introduced a pull tab system to our ELA and ProctoLight light sources. To
activate them the tab simply needs to be pulled away from the unit. If you wish
to turn the light off again simply replace the tab.
The battery discharge time will be the same as the
previous unit, the only change is that the tab will need to be removed prior to
use.
I will send you a copy of the new Instructions for Use for your
records but these will be included in the packages supplied to you.
BridgeMaster manufacture quality products and failures are rare.
However the few problems we had with the twist and locking system becoming
loose and draining the batteries before use will be overcome with this
modification

Audit Performance 2013
BridgeMaster medical has recently undergone its annual audit for
ISO13485, we are very pleased to confirm that we only had 3 minor
non-conformances and 1 major as it was an ongoing problem from previous audit.
We are happy that we have been successful in this audit to
continue to provide our customers with the best customer service we can.

American Genie Patent American Genie Patent More patent information:
BridgeMaster medical are pleased to announce that we have been granted a patent for India and Europe on our genie light source.
Our light source is used in the ELA and ProctoLight products.
Upon receipt of these patents we will now look for potential distribution routes in India and to further extend our European network.
